Here is one of our custom-designed vent props. This particular prop is designed to be more than just a place to run a saw.

Specs & dimensions: 16’ long, 8’ high at the ridge, 10’ wide. 12/12 pitch main roof, 6/12 creates a valley, 8’x8’ & 4’x8’ cut area, vent identification.

This particular prop includes the following features:

1. Skids for portability around the training field
2. Drop-in 2×6 rafters with a 4’x8’ and 8’x8’ cut area.
3. No steel in ridge area, allowing ridge saw work without blade/ chain damage
4. 6/12 valley for walking
5. “Turtle” & ridge vents for identifying
6. Roof ladder(s) can be used on the long side for ladder (& Milwaukee) cuts
7. An aerial bucket can be used to access and attack the prop
8. Attic, vault, & knee wall were added for visual training aides & identification
9. Can accept additional bolt-on roof props including low pitch & flat roof to create an entire ventilation training system
