DESCRIPTION
The Braskey Prop House is a versatile, container-based training system designed to bring realistic, multi-discipline training directly to your department. Built as a mobile “parking lot training facility,” it supports everything from basic firefighter skills to advanced technical rescue and special operations scenarios.
Its modular design allows departments to train individual crews or run full-scale evolutions, all within a compact footprint. The Prop House is engineered to outperform traditional training props by combining durability, flexibility, and cost-effective customization—while remaining fully movable for use across multiple locations.

DESIGN
- Built from a modified steel shipping container platform
- Standard footprint typically based on 8’ x 20’ or 8’ x 40’ container configurations
- Expandable with exterior props, platforms, and mounted systems
- Optional elevated design (32” legs) to simulate pier-and-beam, trailer homes, or confined space access Integrated interior and exterior mounting points for multi-discipline training
- Optional steel-lined or partial burn room for Class A live fire training
- The props are mounted and stowed on a heavy-duty, custom-built bumper pull trailer that includes 4 leveling jacks.
